II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES

The Data Banking of Property Offerings is a program of the Project and Investment Evaluation Division (PIED) of the DOT - Office of Tourism Standards and Regulation. It is open to all property owners who wish to invest their property in any tourism-related development. The owners may request the Department to enlist in the data bank properties for sale, partnership or joint venture, or for planning and development. Upon submission of an accomplished Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) and documentary requirements relevant to the type of property/ ies, a pre-screening and evaluation of documents will be conducted by PIED.
