RATIONALE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Philippine Tourism Human Capital Development (PTHCD) Plan 2021—2025 has helped improve the skills of the tourism workforce, aiming to build a more resilient, inclusive, and competitive industry.
As the Plan concludes, the Department of Tourism—Office of Human Capital Development (DOT-OHCD) requires logistical support for field visits and technical video editing services to compile and enhance existing video materials into short audiovisual outputs for use in DOT events and trainings.
Ill. OBJECTIVES
• To document and present the implementation achievements and training impact of tourism training programs under the PTHCD Plan 2021—2025 through audiovisual materials.
