IV. BACKGROUND:

The Department of Tourism (DOT), in its capacity as Chair of the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026, will host a series of official meetings and activities from 26 to 30 January 2026 in Cebu, Philippines. The ATF is the largest annual tourism event in the ASEAN region and serves as a primary platform for tourism cooperation, policy dialogue, and business exchange among ASEAN Member States and their dialogue partners.

In line with the Philippines- hosting of ATF 2026, the DOT will organize the Love the Philippines (LTP) Regional Showcase, to be held from 26 to 30 January 2026 at NUSTAR Hotel Cebu. The showcase will highlight the country-s diverse tourism destinations, products, ...
