I. PROJECT
Ground Handling Requirements for the MICE Familiarization Tour for the Vietnam Market

As part of our continuing market development, the DOT will be organizing a MICE Familiarization Tour for the Vietnam Market in March 2026. The program aims to showcase Cebu-s MICE offerings, including possible venues and attractions, with the end goal of increasing arrivals from the Vietnam market through MICE.

II. PROJECT DATES
March 12 to 18, 2026

III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be a Department of Tourism accredited tour operator / ground handler
2. Must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS)
3. Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement;

IV. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES
1. INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKET
• Provision of roundtrip international air tickets for the five (5) participants from Vietnam
