1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR PESOS (P339,664.00.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS USE FOR FEEDING OF WASTED AND SEVERELY WASTED PUPILS ENROLLED IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
