1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P270,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS USE FOR FEEDING OF PRE-SCHOOLERS ENROLLED IN CD-s AND SNPs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
