1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P600,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITREMS USE FOR FEEDING OF PRE-SCHOOLERS ENROLLED IN CDC-s AND SNPs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
