LGU-Kabugao, Apayao

The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 85 Series of 2024 (Quick Response Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Three & 86/100 Pesos (Php 5,704,103.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Grocery Items for Relief Goods for the Victims of Typhoon “Uwan” under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-231. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
