PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php: 99,970.00
2. Source of Fund: GAD Fund C.Y 2025
3. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% Final VAT and expanded withholding tax (EWT) of 1%
4. Price quotation shall be valid within Seven (7) calendar day from the deadline of submission of RFQ.
5. Evaluation of the quoted price will be conducted on a “basis/per item.
6. Delivery period is within One (1) calendar day from receipt of Notice of Award/PO.
7. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within ten (10) working days after complete delivery and final acceptance of the items.
