1. The City Government of Tacloban, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Ninety Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php13,090,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS (CONSOLIDATED)/REF #059-11-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
