Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE USED DURING CONDUCT OF 2ND INTERCOASTAL YOUTH CONGRESS 2025

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR PESOS (P206,234.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF GROCERY ITEMS TO BE USED DURING THE 2ND INTERCOASTAL CONGRESS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
