Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
PROCUREMENT OF GRADUATION PICTURE

1. The Philippine Normal University North Luzon, through the funding of the Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS & 00/100 (P293,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF GRADUATION PICTURE for the PNU North Luzon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Normal University North Luzon now invites PhilGEPS registered, authorized distributor, to quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents. Quotations must be submitted personally not later than MAY 28, 2025, 10:00 A.M. Suppliers must provide printed samples of prior graduation photo packages.
