  Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project PROCUREMENT OF GPS-SYNCHRONIZED CUSTOM-BUILT DIGITAL LED CLOCK AND EXTRA GPS CABLE with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Two Hundred Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos (PhP203,840.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
