Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOVERNMENT MOTOR VEHICLE FOR THE OFFICIAL USE OF NLRC SEVENTH DIVISION

1) The National Labor Relations Commission Seventh Division (NLRC Seventh Division), through the 2026 National Expenditure Plan (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Pesos and 00/100 Centavos (Php 3,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Government Motor Vehicle for the Official Use of NLRC Seventh Division. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The NLRC Seventh Division now invites bids for Procurement of Government Motor Vehicle for the Official Use of NLRC Seventh Division. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
