Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Goods for
Supply with Installation of Public Audio System
1. The BLGU of Pilaring , through the Government of the Philippines General Appropriation Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-one Pesos Only (Php 513,861.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply with Installation of Public Audio System Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU of Pilaring now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-nine (49) Calendar Days . Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
