1. The BASILAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the HFEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of FORTY-SIX MILLION PESOS (Php 46,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND INSTALLATION OF SOLID WASTE TREATMENT MACHINE UNDER IB# 2025-05-0279. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BASILAN GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ONE hundred TWENTY (120) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
