1. The BASILAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the TF 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX PESOS (Php2,874,636.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROPOSED PROCUREMENT OF GOODS- Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Various Hospital Equipment for MEDICAL WARD IB# 2025-07-0445. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BASILAN GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.
