1. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP4,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract, for the Procurement of Goods: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Applications Training and Commissioning of Finger and Hand Rehabilitation with sEMG Biofeedback under IB#2025-08-023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
