1. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP13,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract, for the Procurement of Goods: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Applications Training and Commissioning of Ultrasonography MSK under IB#2025-05-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above caption project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Sec. VI Schedule of Requirements of the bidding documents. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (from June 17, 2022 to June 17, 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
