1. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract, for the Procurement of Goods: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Heavy Duty Laundry Dryer, Gas Heating under IB#2025-10-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
