1. The BLGU-SEMIRARA , through their Annual Budget of 2025,
intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Two thousand Pesos (852,000.00) including tax, handling being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [itb no. PB2025-77]. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
