1. The Barangay Local Government Unit Semirara, through the Annual Budget of 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Twenty Five Pesos (146,025.00) including tax, handling being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [itb no. PB2025-22]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
