Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AQUACULTURE FEEDS FOR THE SAAD PHASE 2 PROJECT

Description : 1) The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Regional Fisheries Office I (BFAR-RFO I), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 20261 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Pesos (P 5,634,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and delivery of aquaculture feeds for the SAAD Phase 2 Project with Project ID No. ITB No. 2026-02 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BFAR RFO I now invites bids for the above procurement. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within One (1) year. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
