INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR PLAZA PERIMETER FENCE BEAUTIFICATION-FENCING AT BRGY. SAN NICOLAS ,TAPAZ, CAPIZ.

1. The Office of the Barangay San Nicolas of Tapaz intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Pesos Only (149,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods for Plaza perimeter Fence Beautification- fencing at Brgy. San Nicolas Tapaz , Capiz with ID No. 2025-34 -G . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay San Nicolas of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
