Sir/Ma-am:

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion, Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Goods for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET
LIGHTS with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of One Hundred Thirty- Three Thousand
Three Hundred Ninety-Three and Sixty Centavos (Php. 133,393.60).
The procurement will be undertaken through alternative method of procurement: Negotiated
Procurement (Small Value Procurement) in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate
information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope
not later than 10:00 AM of January 25, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Poblacion, Luba,
Abra.

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
