INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of GOODS
(COSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION SOLAR LIGHTING)

1.The Barangay Zone II, Sogod, Southern Leyte, through the Barangay Local Funds 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Three Pesos Only (P 135, 893.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods (COSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION SOLAR LIGHTING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Zone II, Sogod, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Thirty (30) Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
