INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMMETER FENCE AT CIVIC CENTER PHASE 4 AT BRGY. AGCOCOC ,TAPAZ, CAPIZ.

1. The Office of the Barangay Agcococ of Tapaz intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (150,480.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods for Construction of perimeter fence at Brgy. Agcococ , Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 2025-109-G . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Agcococ of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
