PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GROUTED RIPRAP PROTECTION ALONG THE BRGY. ROAD PHASE 1 AT BRGY. ARTUZ ,TAPAZ, CAPIZ
1. The Office of the Barangay ARTUZ of Tapaz intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (198,520.00) .00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of goods for Construction of grouted riprap proctection along the Brgy. Road Phase 1 at Brgy. Artuz Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 2025-81-G Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Artuz of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
