Description : 1. The Pandi Water District through the Capital Expenditures intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Pesos and Fifty Centravos (Php 14.50) per Cubic Meter being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods (Bulk Water Supply for Pandi Water District) 25-08-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
