Description : Procurement of Goods and Services for the FABRICATION, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF COLLAPSIBLE FLOATING CAGE (Early Procurement Activity)
ITB No. 2026-04

1) The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Regional Fisheries Office I (BFAR-RFO I), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 20261 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P 3,763,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the fabrication, delivery and installation of collapsible floating cages with Project ID No. ITB No. 2026-04 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BFAR RFO I now invites bids for the above procurement. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
