PROCUREMENT OF GOODS OF BARANGAY GAJO, TIWI, ALBAY
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY GAJO, TIWI, ALBAY,
through Barangay Development funds (20%), intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 326.400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF GOODS OF BARANGAY GAJO, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY GAJO, TIWI, ALBAY, now
invites bidders for PROCUREMENT OF GOODS OF BARANGAY GAJO, TIWI, ALBAY, provided, that the delivery requires five (5) calendar days.
