PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR 14th CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT PUPILS

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN, through the TRUST FUND (DUE TO NGA-S) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,113,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR 14th CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT PUPILS with project identification number PB No.2025-01-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should be having completed a contract similar to the Project of at least 50% of the approved Budget of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
