Description : 1. The General Mariano Alvarez Water District (GMAWD), through the GMAWD General Fund, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF GMA WATER DISTRICT-S SOFTWARE UPDATE AND MAINTENANCE OF A CLOUD HOSTED SUBSCRIPTION BASED GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) / Contract No. 01 - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GMA Water District now invites bids for Software Update and Maintenance of a Cloud-Based GIS. Installation of the System is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
