Description : ITEM NO. QTY UNIT ITEMS & DESCRIPTION
1 4 sites Georesistivity Survey to locate the adequate & good Aquifer of the following sites:
1. Quirino Province Medical Center Compound, Mangandingay, Cabarroguis, Quirino
2. Quirino Convention Center Compound, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino
3. Cattle Breeding Center, Dungo & San Ramon, Aglipay, Quirino
4. Maddela district Hospital, Diduyon, Maddela, Quirino
Item of Work to be undertaken per site:
1. To conduct georesistivuty survey with four Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) points per site. Three (3) VES point per site might be conducted once the results of first few sites are already evaluated.
2. Provide a map showing the location of VES point conducted.
3. Provide illustration showing the lithology, thickness of the aquifer and depth from the natural grade line.
4. Identify the best sounding point recommended for the deep well drilling.
5. To conclude in the report the photos of each VES point with geotag.
6. To submit spiral bound report/s.
