Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM SOFTWARE AND LICENSE WITH USER TRAINING FOR THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REGIONAL OFFICE IV-A

1. The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), Regional Office IV-A, through the Regular Agency Fund, FY 2023 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP1,820,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Geographic Information System (GIS) Software and License with User Training. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NEDA Regional Office IV-A, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
