Description : III. SCOPE OF WORK

The PROVIDER shall furnish the Luxe Duty Free labor, supplies, materials and all necessary tools and equipment in the Pest Control Services of its abovementioned building and surroundings, as follows:
A. Rat Abatement Treatment (all areas of Luxe Duty Free) by using rat bait, glue trap in plastic board and other accepted ways of controlling and minimizing rodent infestation.
B. Dry Fogging/Fumigation Treatment (exterior premises of Luxe Duty Free) by using accepted ways of controlling and minimizing flying and crawling of insects.
C. Spraying/Misting Treatment (interior premises of Luxe Duty Free) by using accepted ways of controlling and minimizing flying and crawling insects.
D. Call Back Services - in the event of unsatisfactory results, a repeat of the treatment shall be done free of charge.
Frequency: within 24 hours upon request

All chemicals to be used must be registered and approved by Food and Drugs Administration (FDA).
