Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Philippine Postal Corporation (PPC), through General Services Section (GSS), will undertake a Small Value Procurement (under Section 53.9 of the IRR) for the Procurement of Gasoline for Isabela and Quirino Route, in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The details of the project are as follows:

Approved Budget for the Contract : One Hundred For Thousan Four Hundred
Pesos (P140,400.00)

Location : SDC Santiago City, Isabela

Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor-s Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, Income/Business Tax Return and Omnibus Sworn Statement and duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”).

Submission of quotation is on before 5:00 PM February 25, 2025 to Mr. Jonathan Camacam, Philippine Postal Corporation, SDC Santiago City, Isabela.

The Philippine Postal Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
