Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GARDEN & OFFICE EQUIPMENT
1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2025, Annual Budget and SEF intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php 623,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROCUREMENT OF GARDEN & OFFICE EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF GARDEN & OFFICE EQUIPMENT. Delivery of Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Goods shall be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. The bid amount of each project shall not exceed the ABC per offices, and shall not exceed the total amount of ABC.
