Procurement of Gangway for Rolling Stocks

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2023 intends to procure the following:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Gangway for Rolling Stocks. Completion of all works under this contract is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
