I. PROJECT TITLE

2025 Procurement of Six (6) units 3-Seater Gang Chairs of Palawan Provincial Office

II. BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT

The Bureau of the Treasury Palawan Provincial Office is housed in the BTr-owned building constructed and completed on September 14, 2015. It is one of the very first National Government Agency (NGA) building erected within the proclaimed Government Center and Nature-s Park in the City of Puerto Princesa and undertaken under a Memorandum of Agreement between the BTr and the City Government of Puerto Princesa.

Our lobby serves as the first point of contact for visitors, making it essential to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. The current gang chairs in the lobby are found to be deteriorated and rusted. To enhance the aesthetics and functionality of our lobby, the proposed purchase of the new 3-Seater Gang Chair was identified as needed.
