FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FY 2026 SECURITY SERVICES
FROM A LICENSED SECURITY AGENCY
(EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)
1. The DepEd Division of La Carlota City, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations
Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Two Thousand, Seven
Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Sixty Centavos Only (Php342,795.60) with
Procurement Project/Identification Number 2025-82, being the ABC to payments
under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd Division of La Carlota City now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods-General Support Services is required by January to
December 2026, starting from the Supplier-s receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders
should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of
