1) The West Visayas State University, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,700,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
