Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for BatStateU Alangilan Campus Libraries

1. The Batangas State University, through the Program of Receipts and Expenditures FY 2024 and Supplemental Budget FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,455,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for BatStateU Alangilan Campus Libraries. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Batangas State University now invites bids for Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for BatStateU Alangilan Campus Libraries. Delivery of the goods is required thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
