Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of two hundred fourteen thousand seven hundred pesos (Php 214,700.00) only for Lot 1, and one hundred twenty five thousand three hundred pesos (Php 125,300.00) only for Lot 2, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures. Bids received in excess of each item/lot of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Furniture and Fixtures to be used for the LDRRM Office. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 45 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
