Procurement of Full Board Meals, Accommodation and Venue Hall for the 3rd Quarter National & Review Planning Workshop on October 28-30, 2025

1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the 501 CARP IC GESA MOOE intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (672,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Full Board Meals, Accommodation and Venue Hall for the 3rd Quarter National & Review Planning Workshop on October 28-30, 2025 with Contract Number: PALIMO-GOODS-CY2025-51. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three (3) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
