Inclusion:
1. Provision of LCD projector, wide screen projector and backdrop tarpaulin in the plenary hall/ session room.
2. Provision of good sound system with 3 microphones preferably wireless in all function/ break-out session rooms and with welcome tarpaulin at the netrance gate and back drop tarpaulin in each plenary and session rooms.
3. With strong interet connection up to 500 MPS shared internet.
4. Double/triple sharing airconditioned room in separate bed (1:1 pax-bed ratio), with tv, electric kettle, coffee/tea & bottled water and free toiletries.
5. Foods to be served must be healthy and nutritious and provide halal food for Muslim participants and other non-pork eaters....
