Description : I. Scope of Services and Deliverables
The following requirements shall be complied with by the Fuel Card Service Provider (FCSP) in the implementation of the Fuel Card System.
1. Fuel Supply
1.1. The Fuels to be supplied must conform to the Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999 and the latest Philippine National Standards on Fuel, i.e.,
1.a. PNS/DOE QS 008:2018, with Research Octane Number (RON) of 91 minimum for regular grade gasoline and RON of 95 for premium grade gasoline; and
1.b. PNS/DOE QS 004:2017, with Automotive Diesel Oil (ADO) of 50 for diesel.
1.2. Fuels consumed are understood to be purchased at pump prices.
2. Fuel Card Stations
2.1. The FCSP must have a wide service station network nationwide providing fuel card services including but not limited to;
2.1.1. At least Five (5) stations providing fuel card services including at least one service station within the 10-kilometer radius of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex (RMSC);
