Procurement of Fuels for the COA Central Office Service Vehicles
Using Fuel Card System

1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (P14,377,650.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuels for the COA Central Office Service Vehicles Using Fuel Card System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (April 2020 to April 2023) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply of Fuels for Service Vehicles of a government agency using Fuel Card System (preferably within Metro Manila). The descrip...
