Procurement of Fuels for the COA Central Office Service Vehicles
Using Fuel Card System

1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and Forty Two Centavos (₱19,798,387.42), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuels for the COA Central Office Service Vehicles Using Fuel Card System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (September 2019 to September 2022) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
