Description : The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) is inviting all PhilGEPS-registered service providers to participate in the Public Bidding for the Procurement of Fuel Through Fleet Card Services for National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) Vehicles (One (1) Lot) CY 2026 (Early Procurement Activity).

Interested bidders may obtain the complete set of Bidding Documents from October 18 to November 11, 2025 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at the Procurement Section (BAC Secretariat Office), National Center for Mental Health, Mandaluyong City.

To acquire the documents, bidders must submit a Letter of Intent specifying the items and their corresponding Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) they wish to participate in, along with payment of a non-refundable fee in cash.

Please be advised that the National Center for Mental Health shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in the preparation of their bids.
